There are three groups of personnel at Management Frontiers: Analysts, Consultants and Advisors, Associates and Directors.

Consulting staff remuneration is directly linked to their billing rates. Increasing cost recovery achievements lead to automatic remuneration enhancements.

Revenue sharing

Both consulting and support staff at Management Frontiers enjoys every month a direct share of realized revenue .
