Professional qualification :

Membership of a recognized professional accountancy body.

Age profile :

Below 40 years

Work experience:

Not less than 5 years experience in the following fields of work: Financial advisor, Investment banker, Practicing Accountant with Corporate Finance specialization and Fund Manager.

Skills profile:

The right candidate should possess a high degree of professional skills in financial appraisal and planning of large capital investment projects, financial structuring of large-scale projects, negotiation with banks and other financial institutions for long term and working capital financing, planning and advising on working capital management, strategic financial management, planning, coordination and execution of all financial aspects pertaining to corporate restructuring, initial public offerings and other forms of capital market issues and planning and execution of financial due diligence assignments. Expertise in business and equity valuations, investment appraisal and financial instrument structuring is essential. A sound knowledge of corporate and capital market laws is required. Tax planning is a useful complementary skill.

Synthesizing a large volume of data generated from financial analysis and formulating practical and innovative financial solutions to complex business problems are the core talents sought in this position.

Remuneration and other terms:

Advisor grade staff is placed on an attractive revenue sharing scheme. Basic salary is negotiable. Six months probation and two year contract thereafter. Candidates should indicate their remuneration expectations in the application.
